For the publication on conference proceedings:

*We will send you Acceptance Notification and Registration Instruction as soon as your paper was accepted by EI journal. And then you could register according to the Registration Instruction.

Details of the Registration Fees

1. Registration fees for ICAESEE 2021 Regular is USD1125 / 8000 RMB per paper.

2.  Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

3. The registration fee does not include:

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fee

4.  At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

5. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

6. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.

WHEN TO REGISTER 

Full Paper, submitted and accepted full paper will be published into the conference proceeding, the author can choose oral presentation, register after you receive the acceptance letter.

被接收的全文投稿注册后将发表在本次会议论文集中，文章作者可以选择口头报告，作者在收到录用通知之后再完成注册，详尽的注册指导请根据邮件要求办理。

TO OFFICIAL RECEIPT OF YOUR PAYMENT

After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.

注册成功之后，我们会为您准备发票。发票统一于会议后一周内寄出。如果您需要在会前收到发票，我们可以给您电子扫描版也可以为您提前邮寄。（请通过电话或邮件提前说明）
